1991 - Graphics exhibition.
1992 - Visit of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother,
(of England).

1993 - Concerts.
1994 - Concert on the occasion of the 600th anniversary
of the death of Hawkwood with music by Daniele Lombardi and
flute performance by Roberto Fabriciani. The Gruppo
Teatrale di Castroncello stages Novella CLXXXI by Franco Sacchetti.
2000 - Regional festivities Region of Tuscany entitled,
Tuscan Architecture: visits in Spring 2000.
2005 - Concerts: the quartet, 'Hohenloher Streichquartett' and
the flutist Francesca Staderini. Historical re-enactments
in medieval costumes were carried out within the programme of the Region of
Tuscany entitled 'Toscana Esclusiva' and 'A Day in the castle' with the collaboration
of Rione di Porta Romana, featuring an art exhibition by Daniela Piegai.

Le notti DELL'ARCHEOLOGIA
In occasione della manifestazione “Le notti DELL’ARCHEOLOGIA” la prof.ssa Alessandra Molinari, dell’Università di Roma Tor Vergata, illustrerà i risultati degli scavi archeologici, dei restauri e degli studi intrapresi nel Castello a partire dal 2006.
Ore 18:00 visita agli scavi ed alla piccola esposizione dei principali oggetti emersi;
Ore 18:45 tavola rotonda con interventi su:

le vicende moderne del castello (Dott. O. Floridi);

i risultati degli scavi archeologici (Pro.ssa A. Molinari);
-
il Castello di Montecchio attraverso le fonti scritte e nel contesto della Val di Chiana/Valle di Chio (Dott. G. Taddei);

il progetto di valorizzazione e recupero (Arch. M.C. Zimbelli);
