1909 - The photos from the Italian Institute of Graphic Art of Bergamo, from the collection of illustrated monographs with text by G. Mancini.

1992 - Visit by the late Queen Elisabeth, the Queen Mother of England being welcomed by folklore enactment group and flag-wavers from the Pallo.

1999 - The castle is enrolled in the Golden Register of Historic Homes of Italy.
2005 - The filming in Montecchio for Sky TV. Celebration of the reopening of Montecchio to the public in September.
2006 - Archeological work starts.
